Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The best dumpling (yes, they actually call them the right name, not 'potstickers') in town. A really good buffet! I've tried most of the Chinese restaurants in town (Ho Ho, China plater, ect) All these other clowns with the negative reviews wouldn't know good Chinese food if it slapped them in the mouth. Rev out.

Very average food. I tried the take out buffet which is charged by the pound. I left with a good variety of food. The container they handed me held $13 worth of food. Pros - walk in and grab what you want and as much as you want to buy. Cons - Food was average, walnut shrimp was probably their best tasting dish while they also offer the worst tasting egg rolls. If you are in a hurry with little expectations this will do.

Pros: They have this awesome apple pie thing for dessert that is sunfully yummy. It's also cheap. Friendly service, and clean. Plus, it's right off the freeway, so if you need to eat NOW and it must be Chinese, there you are. Cons: Basically nothing vegetarian. Everything else looks like the kind of low-grade Chinese I've come to expect from attempting to eat Chinese in a land-locked Western state.

An excellent buffet, very reasonably priced, everything was hot and fresh, and the service was fast and friendly.

My family and I went to Empire Chinese for lunch looking for a quiet place for our sleeping baby. It was perfect. The restaurant was fairly empty and very clean. Our waiters were solicitous and friendly, keeping our drinks full and whisking away our plates. The buffet was stocked well and we enjoyed everything we tried. We especially liked the pot stickers and fried bread. All the food was fresh. When our baby woke up a waiter immediately brought a high chair. All in all, a very pleasant lunch.

Never again. Not even on a dare. Seriously, I thought I was on Candid Camera. It's disgusting. If you love your family & friends, go elsewhere. You can thank me later.

I want to start this out by stating that I love low-end Americanized Chinese food. You know the stuff. It's deep fried and slathered in a sickeningly sweet sauce. I just can't get enough. I would eat it every day if my wife would let me. In my opinion this is the place to go for that type of food. I have gotten bored with my favorite Chinese buffet and have been looking for something new. There were more good than bad reviews (which is not common with Chinese buffets.) about this place so I thought "why not?" The first thing I noticed here is that the chairs and tables are an awful green color that reminds me of tooth paste. Once you can get past that, try the food. I thought it was delightfully delicious. The first time I went there was a dish called honey mayonnaise chicken. (Sounds gross right?) This stuff was so good, I was disappointed they did not have it on my second visit. There are about thirty hot choices on the buffet. This is smaller than most buffets I have seen. But what they lack in quantity they make up for in Quality. I thought that the sesame chicken and the general tso's chicken were way too saucy and not crispy enough. This happens a lot at Chinese buffets but not all of them. The salad bar appears to be an afterthought and in my opinion is a waste of space. It consists of limp lettuce and 3 dressings out of a bottle. In closing, I really like the food overall, and the service is good enough, while not great. When my wife and I went for dinner it cast $22.00. I went alone for lunch $9.00

Pros: Great customer service. Very fast and effecient. Cons: smaller buffet, less choices than most. Quality was less than par. Nothing too great.

Yuck... Service great, never in want of water . The food was low grade Chinese buffet . Still not sure what the meat was . Left disgusted at ourselves for eating there . Would have enjoyed the samples at Costco more .

NO MSG: i asked the owners wife if they use MSG. she said no. that makes me happy. the grades don't add up, but i'm a fan. it's my default chinese buffet stop. went again this past week, and it was good.

I would never come here if not for my boyfriend's sadist obsession with bad Chinese food. We pretty much stop by every tacky Chinese joint between the Coasts, and this one is exactly like the rest of them. I wasn't even sure if their beef & broccoli actually used beef; that protein was a mystery to me. I always regret joining him.

I don't go out of my way to eat here, but it's close and it's buffet, when I'm in town. Fresh-ish stuff, decent crab wontons, and the price is right. I still have to say, I have that rock-in-my-gut, grease on the face feeling when I leave each time... Maybe that is the nature of Chinese Buffet. I like Ho-Ho up the street. Good duck, Mu-shu with tortillas, and wicked crab wontons.
